Kos & Kaos is back!
Join our Mountain weekend with hiking over the famous Besseggen, rafting in the Sjoa, speakers, wine evening with young adults from The Nordics and Europe.
*This trip will focus on building a network between young adult in Europe.
We have a limited number of places!
The trip includes: Stay at Gjendesheim Hotel – Breakfast + dinner + Lunch -Walking trip over the mountains – Rafting – Bus tours – Lectures and wine-tasting.

- 11.00 – 12.00 – We meet at the Gardemoen Airport
- 12.30 Buss leaves from Gardemoen Airport to Gjendesheim
- 20.00 Shabath Dinner
- 22.00 Beto Guzman (Activity and Event Coordinator at Jewish Community of Helsinki) will give us an introduction to the ADL (Anti Defamation League) latest guidelines to help fight antisemitism.
Saturday 3rd September
- 7.00 – 8.00 – Breakfast Gjendesheim
- 8.30 The most beautiful Boat trip on our way from the Hotel to Memrubu

9.00 We start our hike back to Gjendesheim over the mountain. (4-8 hours) Each one in his own pace. The greatest walk you can do. Beyond Amazing!!

- 8.30 – A fabulous bus trip through the mountains before we end at Sjoa River.

10.00 – Rafting the best river in Norway. At the end of the rafting, and after lunch out in the open
