These Membership Yearly Payment Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) are entered into between you (“Member” or “You”) and Kos & Koas, a non-profit organization (hereinafter referred to as “Kos & Koas,” “We,” or “Us”). By becoming a member and making yearly payments to Kos & Koas, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Eligibility:
You must be at least 15 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to become a member and make yearly payments. Membership may be subject to approval by Kos & Koas.
2. Yearly Payment:
By selecting a membership level, you agree to pay the specified yearly membership fee as indicated on our website or in the membership registration materials. Yearly payments are non-refundable.
3. Payment Authorization:
By providing your payment information, you authorize Kos & Koas to charge your chosen payment method for the yearly membership fee.
4. Membership Renewal:
Your membership will automatically renew on an annual basis unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Kos & Koas reserves the right to adjust membership fees with advance notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current or previous membership year. To cancel, contact our support team or follow the cancellation process outlined on our website.
6. Termination:
Kos & Koas reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership for violations of our terms and conditions, including any inappropriate behavior or misuse of membership benefits.
7. Privacy and Data Use:
Kos & Koas respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Communications:
By becoming a member, you agree to receive communications from Kos & Koas related to your membership, including newsletters and event updates.
9. Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway, Oslo Jurisdiction
10. Changes to Terms:
- Kos & Koas may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
